Our return policy

We understand that customers may have a change of heart; however, due to our limited resources for processing returns, all sales are considered final. Therefore, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for items or services once they have been purchased.

What to do if the order arrive damaged?

Shipping Protection: We take utmost care to ensure the protection of every piece during shipping. We are confident in the level of protection we provide before your items embark on their journey.
Manufacturing Defects: If you encounter a manufacturing defect with your order, please email us at contact@annie1studio.com. Make sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photo evidence. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the problem.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages: Once your packages have been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or theft that may occur. However, we will make every effort to assist you with any issues related to your order.
Shipping Company Handling: If your order is damaged due to mishandling by the shipping company, please provide us with the same information mentioned above via email. We will initiate a claim with the shipping company on your behalf to seek resolution.
