SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Pre-orders or book orders may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Times
Domestic (US): 3–10 business days.
International: 10–30 business days depending on destination and customs.
Customs & Import Fees
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Delays caused by customs are outside of my control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, please contact your local post office first. After that, email me and I’ll try my best to help, but I cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Digital items: Non-refundable.
Custom art commissions: Non-refundable once work has begun.
Books, prints, stickers, and physical items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping may be required depending on the situation.
Lost packages: Not eligible for refund unless the carrier confirms the package is permanently lost.
PRIVACY POLICY
I collect personal information such as your name, email, shipping address, and order details only for order processing, customer support, and legal requirements.
Data I collect:
Name, email, address
Payment method details (processed securely by third-party providers; I do not store card information)
Website usage data (cookies, analytics)

To comply with laws and resolve disputes
I do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except for trusted services required to run the shop (payment processors, shipping carriers, site hosting tools).

Colors of prints or products may vary slightly due to screen differences.

7. Return & Refund Policy
Because your shop deals in art, prints, and custom items — and because of resources/uniqueness — the following rules apply:
All sales are final once purchased. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for general orders. This includes a change of mind, such as “I changed my mind.”
Exceptions: If an item arrives damaged or is defective due to manufacturing (not mishandling) — or if you received an incorrect order — you may request a refund or replacement. Please email contact@annie1studio.com with your order number, description of issue, and photo evidence.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipment is confirmed, unless damage is verified. For shipping-carrier mishandling that causes damage, we will assist you in filing a claim; however, we cannot guarantee the outcome. annie1studio.com
Custom commissions or personalized items are non-refundable once work begins.
8. Comments, User Content & Site Use
If you leave a comment or provide content (feedback, reviews, etc.) on our Site:
We collect the name/email you provide, plus IP address and browser user-agent for spam/detection purposes.
We may send an anonymized hash of your email to external services (e.g. avatar-hosting), if applicable.
Data from comments may be kept indefinitely to allow for moderation, follow-up, or referencing.
